• i do not draw nsfw + when sending refs please make them sfw if possible• i do not start your commission until payment is made in full! - this also secures a slot in my queue.
commissions are done based on who has submitted payment first.• refunds will be made in full when commission is not yet started or only sketched. a 50-75% refund can be made when a drawing is lined or beginning to be colored. if the drawing is finished, no refunds will be made.• i have the right to cancel a commission and refund a customer if they are rude, harassing me, or otherwise being inappropriate with our communication.• i typically have short turnaround times (within 1 week) but this can be extended if a commission is complex or my life gets busy. please be patient and understanding. i communicate with all my customers to ensure they know what’s going on with their work.
